🌿 Six Weeks Out: We meet to review all the details, vendors, and timelines so nothing gets missed.
🗓️ Final Planning Meeting: About one to two weeks before your wedding, we finalize logistics, build your detailed timeline, and confirm ceremony flow.
📞 Vendor Takeover: We step in as your main point of contact, managing communication and tying up any last-minute details.
💍 Rehearsal + Wedding Day: From your rehearsal through your final send-off, we manage every detail — clipboard, timeline, and Emergency Kit in hand.
