 The Ivy Leaf Package is for the beyond organized bride who is looking for a partner to wrap up the last minute details and put a big pretty bow on top of your very special and carefully coordinated day. The day and its details have been selected and are ready for execution! While you worry about memorizing those vows, your perfectly planned wedding day will be executed so seamlessly you'll think you'd done it yourself! We'll meet six weeks prior; then a week or two before the wedding to discuss last minute details to ensure your big day goes off without a hitch. With our check list in-hand, you’ll be ready to complete your final tasks. We’ll re-group for a Detail Planning Meeting, where we put together your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics and more. The week or two before your Big Day, we fully take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, Emergency Kit in hand!

Detailed wedding day timeline creation & distribution to vendors, venue, and bride & groom
 Placement of items that may not be handled by vendors: any completed DIY projects, wedding programs/menus/place cards, guest book, favors, etc.
Oversee and help with ceremony/reception site set up & tear down
Review of Vendor contracts
 Distribute final payments and gratuities to vendors as necessary
Ensure end of event arrangements are made for items such as guest book, toasting flutes, etc.
