A: Elegant Affairs specializes in full-service wedding planning, weekend wedding experiences, and multicultural celebrations. We have extensive experience planning both Northern and Southern Hindu weddings, including working with Hindu priests, coordinating traditional rituals, and blending them beautifully with Western-style ceremonies.

Q: Where are you based and do you travel?
A: We are proudly based in the Pacific Northwest but are available for weddings nationwide. Whether you’re dreaming of a celebration in Seattle, Southern California, or an intimate destination wedding, we’re there with our passports (and spreadsheets) ready.

Q: How far in advance should we book you?
A: Ideally, 12-18 months in advance for full planning or weekend weddings. But if your date is sooner, don’t panic! We’ve pulled off stunning events with far less time. Just reach out!

Q: What packages do you offer?
A: We offer these planning experiences:

Q: What if we already booked some of our vendors? Can we still hire you?
A: Yes! That’s where our partial planning option shines. We’ll pick up where you left off and help you tie everything together beautifully.

Q: Can you help with rehearsal dinners and welcome events?
A: Of course! We plan entire wedding weekends, including rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, farewell brunches, and more.
