By the time Caroline + Blair said I Do, we had been working with them for 28 months and we had the true pleasure working with them each and every day. I was lucky enough to have known Caroline for several years before she got engaged as I was her sorority advisor at WSU.
When it came time for their December wedding at The Hollywood Schoolhouse, we were lucky enough to benefit of their already holiday decorated venue complete with garland, Christmas trees and lighting. Having worked at this venue several times we know that less is always more and our couple just accentuated the space with candles to make it just perfect.
There were so many highlights from this wedding, but I have to say this one was a first for Elegant Affairs to witness and it was when Caroline did a first look in her wedding dress for her bridesmaids. Once her ladies opened their eyes there were cheers and happy tears. I would love to see more brides do this first look as it always makes for a great memory and photos.
